Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your gym bag must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must provide the reasoning for your return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Costs
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free.
- If you’re returning due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- As a small brand, we appreciate your understanding as we aim to stay sustainable and fair.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at support@staerke-gymwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return your item within 14 days for any reason, provided it is in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
