Welcome to STÆRKE Gymwear. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://staerke-gymwear.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

STÆRKE Gymwear is operated by Maya Khurana, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in the selection region's local currency.

We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and availability without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the UK and European Union.

  • UK Delivery: Estimated delivery within 10 working days.
  • EU Delivery: Estimated delivery within 10 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@staerke-gymwear.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once the return is received.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

We love seeing how you use STÆRKE.

By tagging @staerkegymwear or using the hashtag #staerkegymwear, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to repost, use, and display your content across our marketing channels, website, and social media.

You confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content
  • You have permission from anyone featured in it
  • You are at least 18 years old

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design) is the property of STÆRKE Gymwear and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or products.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please email us at support@staerke-gymwear.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 14 days.
