The STÆRKE Care Guide
Your Mini is built to sit on the gym floor, not stay locked away in a locker. That means it picks up chalk dust, sweat, and whatever else is on the ground where you train. A little care keeps it looking sharp and working properly for years.
The Mini
Daily care
Wipe it down with a damp cloth after sessions, especially if it's picked up chalk or sweat. Let it air dry fully before you close it up again. Sealing it away damp is the main thing that shortens a bag's life, not use.
The hardware
The metal fittings are solid, but they'll last longer if you keep them dry and free of grit. If chalk builds up around the zip or clasp, brush it off before it works its way into the mechanism. A dry cloth is usually all it takes.
Washing
Hand wash only, lukewarm water, mild soap. Skip the washing machine, bleach, and tumble dryer, they'll break down the waterproof coating on the recycled nylon and the bag won't hold up the way it's meant to.
Storage
Keep it out of direct sunlight when you're not using it. UV fades the colour faster than you'd expect. Keep it away from sharp edges too, the nylon resists a lot but a zip or a set of keys pressed against it for long enough will snag.
Jewellery Pouch and Detachable Strap
Same principles apply, wipe clean, air dry, avoid the washing machine. The pouch lining is more delicate than the bag's exterior, so skip the mild soap here and stick to a dry or barely damp cloth.
Why this matters more than you'd think
Gym floors carry more bacteria than a lot of people realise, more than a toilet seat, in most studies. Your bag sits right on that floor for the length of your session. Wiping it down isn't just about how it looks, it's about not carrying that home with you.
The sustainability side
The Mini is made from recycled, waterproof 290T twill nylon. The better you look after it, the longer it lasts, and the less ends up back in a landfill. Good care is the cheapest sustainability decision you'll make.
